The BCS Label Service Bureau is equipped with the latest RFID smart label printer/encoders from Zebra Technologies. These units encode data on very thin, ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID transponders embedded in pressure-sensitive smart labels and tags, then immediately verify proper encoding to ensure readability.
The systems also print text, in-spec barcodes and/or graphic on the surface of the label at a resolution of 203 dpi. Smart labels embedded with Electronic Product Code (EPC) Gen 1 and Gen 2 inlays.
RFID smart labels are ideal for:
- Wal-Mart, Albertson's, other retailers and U.S. government RFID labeling standards
