Depot Repair
|
When you choose Depot service, you send your equipment to us. Depot repairs are performed by our technicians who repair your reported problem and return your equipment quickly and economically. If your equipment is not covered under a BCS maintenance contract, you must request an RMA (repair merchandise authorization) number before sending in your equipment. Benefits of Depot Contracts:
- Unlimited repairs for life of contract (excludes normal wear, tear and abuse)
- Most contracts offered in 1, 2, or 3 year terms
- No RMA numbers necessary-just send your equipment to us with a brief explanation of the problem. Note - you must reference your contract number on the box!
- Repairs are expedited within 48 hours
- All parts (excluding printheads) and labor are included with depot contracts
- Standard return freight (UPS Ground) included in contract pricing
- One annual fee - no hidden charges
- Minimal upcharge for factory-installed options (cutters, external rewinders, etc.)
- Contracts including printheads also available-call for details.

Large orders or small, BCS is designed to expedite spare parts distribution quickly and economically. We specialize in finding OEM parts (no matter how difficult). We also offer: shipping daily until 4:00pm Pacific, small minimum orders, and no rush or "special handling" charges.
